Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery - £1.95 or free if spending over £15! Typically this takes between 2-4 working days. Although being Royal Mail they do delivery on a Saturday.

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £2.49 Typically this takes between 1-2 working days. Although being Royal Mail they do delivery on a Saturday so there is a chance of a Saturday delivery if ordering and paying for 1st class on a Friday.

DPD Next Working Day tracked delivery - £4.50. This is a next working day delivery option 99% of the time if ordered before 1pm. By leaving your mobile number on the checkout, DPD will also text you a 1 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery and even give you the option of delivering to a neighbour or delaying the delivery if you wont be in.

Free Returns Within 14 Days

If any of our products do not meet your satisfaction just send it back to us in its original condition (unopened and unused) within 14 days of purchase. You will need to notify us by email, phone or post quoting your order reference number in which you wish to return. Please be aware for strict hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used, tested or opened products under any circumstances. Upon receipt and examination, we will issue a full refund.

Cost of return postage is the customers responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded service.

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. PayPal refunds will appear back in your PayPal account within 7 days. If you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase online, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Loyalty Points

Here are the different ways you can earn them:

• 2 points for every £1 you spend
• 15 points for each review you submit (for products purchased)
• 125 points when you refer a friend or associate and they place an order
• 10 Points for a Facebook Share
• 10 Points for a Google Plus Share
• 10 Points for a Tweet

Here is how you can spend them:

• You can redeem the points as a discount against your next order in multiples of 450 (450 points = £10)
• When spending points you can only redeem 40% of the order value at any one time.
• Providing you are signed in to your account and you are spending over £25 in total and have at least 450 points you will be able to use your points against the total order value. The loyalty points will appear under the payment option on the checkout page.
• Please note you cannot use loyalty points and discount code at the same time.
